A short (124pp) popular commentary on the Book of Revelation. Its seven chapters follow the structure of the book an attempt to outline modern scholarship's view of this book. It is a revelation first of the Risen Christ and the effect of the resurrection on the world and its history. It concludes with the revelation of the Church as the Bride of the Lamb. The destiny of all is to be united with Christ and the symbol of th marriage of the Lamb expresses this. The many Old Testament prophetic images make this a puzzling book and the author attempts to help people understand these and use the book both for prayer and study.
