Contextualising recent violence in Israel and Gaza within a history of occupation and oppression, we can draw parallels to the oppression of Jews during Jesus' time. We pray for genuine peace and understanding, mutual respect and collaboration in the region, and healing and lasting peace in the Holy Land.
