Fr. Tom Daly was appointed to Fiji in 1967 and taught at Xavier College. Fr Tom was known as a strict disciplinarian whilst he was Principal of Xavier College but here in the parish he is very gentle and hard-working. He taught sacramental instruction. In 1992 he was appointed Regional Director in Fiji.
While on holiday in the USA in 1997 Fr Tom's health deteriorated and he passed away on 29 September 1997.
