Faith and the Environment: A shared responsibility of all Religions teaches values of love, respect and stewardship toward nature.
The video explains: During the season of creation celebration, group of Muslim ladies gathered to share with other faiths what their scripture says In Islam, caring for the environment is an act of love, care, and respect for Allah’s creation. Muslims believe that the Earth is a trust (Amanah) from Allah, and humans are its caretakers (khalifah). This means protecting nature, using resources wisely, and avoiding waste or harm to living things. By showing love and respect to the environment - planting trees, conserving water, and maintaining cleanliness—Muslims express gratitude to Allah and fulfil their moral duty to preserve the balance (Mizan) he has established in the world.
